I wrote pos tracker by myself and found one bug in api - all works ok instead one pos. I check API result and found that all works properly instead one pos. As I check - API XML not update for one pos. For others - all ok. I wrote petition, but again (as with all my petitions in dominion) GM still delaying. May be somebody found similar API bug too? It's strange that all poses updates correct instead one.

I'm not use caching. I check raw out of API - it's really not update properly. But other poses work's correct. Why you count that it is bug? I'm not sure that I can reproduce it (every bug should be reproduced). This case more correspond to system (environment) problem, I think.

It's simple to check - look into raw API output. I check it myself and see that output is incorrect. I wrote a itemID (posID) in a my petition. If GM have proper permissions - he can check it by himself (or by somebody with correct accesses). It's not updated properly. This mean that problem on CCP end.
Summary, with petition delay - I saw that Dominion is too hard for current GM's team. Every problem I faced in Dominion I still delay for a few weeks by GM's side.

If GM's have to deal with pointless petitions like yours it is no wonder they cannot react in a timely manner to real customer support issues.
From which time petition about API error start to be "pointless". Cause you can't reproduce it? Set 300 poses and you get it, I think. Or cause it's not touched to you? In any case I think that delaying with answer to petition in a few WEEKS not admissible in service where you paying money. Not?
